When do we save my file and create the order?

You can preview and configure the file in your browser before checkout. We save the file and create the order when you start checkout, then we send you to Stripe to pay. If you leave Stripe before payment, the unpaid order may remain on our system. We do not send it into paid production unless Stripe confirms the payment.
