What should I do if my payment is still pending?

Give Stripe a moment to confirm the payment, then refresh the confirmation page. Keep your order number and payment session reference handy if the status does not update. We keep the order saved while payment is pending, but we do not treat it as paid until Stripe confirms it. Contact us with those references if you need help checking the payment.
