When can I extend a saved file’s retention time?

You can reset the retention time after an eligible saved file enters its one-month reminder period. Open the file in My Files and use the reset action shown there. You can reset a file by hand up to three times. A paid reorder resets its lifecycle without using one of those manual resets.
