Can my RCP level change?

Yes. We recalculate automatic qualification from a rolling 365-day window of eligible paid orders. Your level can rise or fall as new orders enter that window and older orders leave it. Your account shows the current result. If you no longer meet an active level’s requirements, its discount may reduce or become inactive.
