How do we calculate my RCP level?

We check your eligible paid print spend and paid-order activity from the past 365 days. Your account shows the level and discount produced by that rolling window. Delivery, tax, and excluded amounts do not count toward eligible spend. An unpaid or ineligible order does not move you toward a level.
