What is a print-ready PDF?
A print-ready PDF has the finished size, page count, and artwork you want us to print. Complete your design edits, check every page, and export the file at its final dimensions before you upload it. Our builder checks the file structure and shows the print options that fit. You still need to review the preview and confirm the print setup before checkout.
Check your PDF before uploading
Open the exported PDF, not the design file, and check:
- every page is present and in the right order
- all pages use the same finished size and orientation
- text, logos, and images sit where you expect
- artwork that should reach the cut edge includes bleed
- the file has no comments, guides, or unwanted printer marks
Use an explicit Trim size when your design software supports it. The Trim size tells us where the finished edge should be after cutting.
Review the file in the builder
Upload the PDF and compare the preview with your exported file. Check the detected size, orientation, page count, and available print options.
Our browser check helps you catch structural problems. It does not replace production review, so we may ask for a replacement PDF if the artwork could produce a poor print result.
