Terms and Conditions
Version 2 · Effective 8 October 2026
Use this page to check how we handle your print files, orders, delivery and cancellations. If you need help with a job, contact us using the support email shown below and include your order number.
Your files and print settings
Upload a PDF you have permission to print. Check the wording, spelling, images, page order and print settings before you pay. Our file checks help us assess whether we can produce the job; they do not replace your review of the content.
If we need a corrected file, we will explain the issue. Upload the corrected PDF through the request in PrintDesk. We will review it before production continues.
Colour and finishing
Screen colours can look different in print. Paper, printing methods and finishing can also affect the result. If exact colour, size or finishing is essential, contact us before ordering to discuss what your job needs.
These differences do not remove your rights if the printing is faulty or does not match what we agreed to supply.
Prices, estimates and changes
We check your price again before payment. Changing your files or print settings can change the price, and a reorder uses current pricing.
We may update prices for future purchases. We will not add a charge to an agreed order without discussing the change with you and getting your agreement. Check the expiry date and revision on a supplied estimate before accepting it.
If your chosen stock is unavailable, we will use the closest available stock with similar weight and finish. If we cannot find a suitable substitute, we will contact you to discuss a different stock choice.
Production and timing
Our standard estimated dispatch date is five working days after you place your order, excluding weekends and our non-working days. Rush Service takes priority; we use its selected timing for the dispatch estimate. We dispatch when printing is complete.
Review the current production turnaround and any available Rush Service timing carefully before you place your order. We set these options for the jobs we can take on. Once you place an order, we cannot easily move its production schedule.
Production timing also depends on your job, file readiness, stock and the printshop's workload. Time spent resolving a file issue can affect when we can complete the job. Production time and delivery time are separate. Check PrintDesk for your job's production status and any requests about your file.
Your dispatch date is an estimate. Unforeseen events such as power outages, machine issues or a surge in workload may move it by one or two working days. We will email you if we change it. If we expect to dispatch your job more than two working days after its original estimated dispatch date, we will offer you cancellation of that job with a full refund of its printing and Rush Service charges. We review delivery charges separately.
Pickup and delivery
Check your delivery address before paying. You can edit the delivery address in PrintDesk while all jobs that have not been cancelled are before Ready for dispatch. After that, contact us to check whether a change is possible. We will discuss any additional charge with you before you agree to it.
Wait for the ready-for-pickup message before collecting a job. An order can contain several print jobs, and one job may be ready before the others.
For delivery, use the tracking details when available. If your printing arrives damaged or has not arrived as expected, contact us with your order number. Photos of the printing and packaging can help us investigate.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as you need to cancel or change a job. We will check whether production has started before confirming what we can stop and what refund is available.
For a change-of-mind cancellation before production starts, we deduct 5% to cover transaction fees and any file processing during checking. This applies while we are checking your file and after checking is complete.
If you cancel the whole order before production starts on any job, we deduct 5% of the total amount you paid after discounts, including delivery and Rush Service, and refund the remaining 95%. This applies to orders with one job or several jobs.
If you cancel jobs before their production starts and at least one job in your order continues, we deduct 5% of each cancelled job's paid printing amount after discounts and refund the remaining 95% of that amount. We review delivery and other order charges separately, including whether we have used them. We round the deduction to the nearest cent.
Once production starts, we will check whether we can stop the job. The 5% deduction for transaction fees and file checking still applies. We also deduct reasonable costs already committed to completed production work and materials we cannot reuse or recover. Before confirming your refund, we explain these additional costs. We exclude costs we can recover and materials we can reuse. We do not include file checking in the additional production costs because the 5% deduction already covers it.
After production starts, we review delivery and other order charges separately, including whether we have used them.
If we offer you cancellation because your job is delayed by more than two working days beyond its original estimated dispatch date, we refund that job's printing and Rush Service charges in full. We do not apply change-of-mind deductions to that offer. We review delivery charges separately.
We do not accept change-of-mind cancellations once a job is Ready for dispatch or Ready for pickup, or after that stage. If your order contains several jobs, we assess each job separately.
If your printing is faulty or does not match the agreed order, contact us so we can assess the problem and the remedy you are entitled to. The change-of-mind deductions and cutoffs do not apply to remedies you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law. We return an approved refund through your original payment method unless we agree another method with you. Bank processing affects when you receive it.
Nothing in these policies excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy.
RCP
When RCP is available, your level and benefits depend on the programme rules and your eligible account activity. Check your account for your current level. We apply eligible discounts when we price your job, subject to the programme's pricing rules.
A change to RCP does not change the price of an order you have already paid for.
My Files and reordering
My Files gives you access to retained print files while they are available. Check each file's expiry date and any available extension controls. Keep your own copy of files you need; My Files is not permanent backup storage.
Removing a file or reaching its expiry can end preview, download and reorder access. Your order history remains. We protect files needed for active production, so some removal actions may be unavailable while a job is in progress.
Keep your own copy before removing a file or letting it expire. We cannot promise recovery after removal from storage.
Problems with an order
Contact us when you notice a problem and include your order number, what happened and any useful photos. Keep the printing and packaging while we assess the issue. Reporting it promptly helps us investigate; it does not shorten your consumer rights.
Policy updates
We may revise this page for future orders and use of our services. We keep the policy version linked to your order. A later update does not replace the terms recorded for that order or remove your consumer rights.
